I work with individuals using an integrative approach, which often includes a combination of relational gestalt therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness and EMDR.
My areas of interest and training include working with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, body image, self-worth, shame, life transitions and adjustments, quarter-life crisis, existential issues, and varying degrees of trauma.
